position(s):

Vice President Business Development
SureSource creates and manages the official online stores of recognized, global brands that include Casio, Pentax, Coca-Cola, Hershey’s, Crayola, and Krups. Our partners trust SureSource to provide their online shoppers with a premium customer experience. The VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT is responsible for the company’s profitable revenue growth through establishing new partnerships with manufacturers and licensed brands, and is directly responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of sales operations. The VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT will develop the sales team; assist with complex sales negotiations and help close deals; will develop and implement a sales compensation plan; and will define, establish and manage the sales process. The ideal candidate MUST have five (5) years’ experience in a sales leadership role, with at least (4) four years’ experience in a selling role, and at least two (2) years’ experience working with ECOMMERCE, order management and fulfillment technology, will demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, and possess expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning/execution and employee-motivation techniques. An excellent base salary is available for qualified candidates, along with a generous commission plan.
